Nomad Coffee put down roots at Worcestershire Parkway Station

After nearly 3 years trading from their mobile coffee unit to the front of GWR Worcestershire Parkway Station, Nomad Coffee have opened a much larger coffee shop within the station atrium. Situated opposite the ticket office, passengers using GWR Worcestershire Parkway will now be able to enjoy an extended range of savouries, snacks and treats alongside their favourite cup of coffee or tea and the team at Nomad will no longer have to endure the cold, wet winter weather to serve customers their favourite drinks.

Cat Rainey, owner of Nomad Coffee commented “We’ve built up a fantastic following from our mobile coffee trailer over the last 3 years and the time felt right to invest in upgrading to a new café. We’ll continue to be serving our loyal customers their favourite freshly brewed hot drinks and snacks, but the much larger café space allows us to really extend the offering. We’ll be trialling lots of new ideas and can’t wait to share them with our customers. Plus of course we’ll look forward to being out of the cold and wet weather when winter comes.”
Amey PC&I have worked with Nomad and GWR to deliver the new café from a shell. David Corp from Amey PC&I commented “Its great to have watched Nomad build their business at Worcester Parkway. We’re so pleased with the look and feel of the new cafe which really enhances facilities for passengers using Worcester Parkway Station”.
Nomad opened the doors to the new café at the end of July, the new café is trading from 6am – 2pm, Monday – Friday.
