Previously with BAA as Head of Specialist Retail and Network Rail as Station Commercial Director Stephen has unique transport commercialisation experience. He spearheaded the development of innovative, station retailing and led the team that redefined station retailing at major stations. He has let some of the largest and most successful advertising concessions in Europe. With Amey TPT he is Commercial Director and leads the Management of a number of portfolios as well as consulting contracts for franchise bids and station developments.
Stephen continues to develop our commercialisation methodology that delivers exceptional results for our clients.
One of TPT's original founders in 2004, John is now our MD. Working with the senior leadership team he has overall responsibility for client service delivery. John is a highly experienced chartered surveyor and prior to TPT he spent 16 years with CBRE where he was the director responsible for the management of Network Rail’s major stations portfolio. John works with our clients on portfolio and leasing strategies, professional advice, new developments and refurbishments. He presently works with clients in the rail and health sectors to maximise returns on their property assets.
Joining TPT in 2008, Ian is the principal lead on the South Western Railway contract. Ian has worked on the South Western area from 2008 to present day and has also been the client lead for the East Midlands Trains account when franchised to Stagecoach. Ian managed the Greater Western Railway contract before passing the latter to colleagues. Ian is responsible for all third party lettings, licences, property management and Landlord and Tenant matters for South Western Railway tenants and has over 24 years experience as a Chartered Surveyor. Ian’s role involves conception of development proposals, development appraisals and working with the client on a range of commercial retail projects taking schemes from inception through to completion.
Prior to joining TPT now AmeyTPT, Ian worked at Jones Lang LaSalle as an Asset Manager within the Shopping Centre and prior to that at CB Hillier Parker as a member of the team managing, leasing and undertaking Landlord & Tenant advisory work for Major Stations.
Julia was previously with Virgin West Coast Trains where she gained valuable experience in estate management and procurement. She developed and implemented the Total Facilities Management strategy for West Coast Trains, delivering business benefits and value for money. Julia was responsible for improving the quality of commercial tenancies and a step change in revenue for seven years.
At Amey TPT Julia is Portfolio Manager for Chiltern Railways Company Limited. She has managed a transformation in the merchandising mix at Marylebone station and stations along the route improving both commercial revenues and passenger services
Senior Portfolio Manager
Claire has wide commercialisation experience. With Merlin Entertainments at Chessington World of Adventures as Head of Commercial Operations she was responsible for £23 million of commercial revenue and had overall responsibility for the Catering, Retail, Front of House and all commercial partners.
Whilst at Space & People, Claire was responsible for the commercialisation strategies, sales and venue management of 107 shopping centres, retail and business parks in the South of England and £5.6 million of revenue.
Claire is now a Portfolio Manager with responsibility for both commuter and long distance portfolio and leads Amey TPT's social media development work with clients.
Senior Portfolio Manager
David’s career in the rail industry started with BR and he held a number of operational station management posts with Network Rail as well as Station Access Contract management and retail/ commercial positions. Working in both of these departments gave David a broad knowledge of station access issues along with the management of commercial contracts including advertising and promotions, left luggage, ATMs and vending. Having previously managed the client relationships with Southeastern, GTR, TfL, and Scotrail and West Midlands Trains, he is now responsible for overseeing Amey TPT's property management contract with GWR.

Senior Portfolio Manager
Phil has many years’ TOC experience with Eurostar, firstly in operational customer experience roles and later as Head of Property. Responsible for the advertising and retail portfolios, he oversaw several high profile developments such as the sponsorship of the ‘Premium First’ lounges by Orange and the retail offer in the departures lounge at St Pancras International. Phil also had responsibility for Eurostar’s operational premises in the UK, France and Belgium and the mothballing of Waterloo International Terminal. After leaving Eurostar Phil was particularly proud to work as a consultant to the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
Phil brings a wealth of operational and retail property experience to the team, and at Amey TPT works on the Transport for Wales and Avanti West Coast accounts and consulting projects.
Head of Client Accounting
Pritpal joined TPT in August 2010 and heads up the client accounting. He has over 20 years’ experience in commercial property management and has a familiarity with both the client and agent side having worked on both.
Assistant Surveyor with ten years' experience in in both commercial and residential property organisations within public and private sectors.
Acting on behalf of First MTR South Western Railway, Ewa assists the Portfolio Manager with the provision of estate management for the retail space on their stations. Her aim is to continuously seek to improve both the Client's commercial income and the existing retail offer. This is achieved through the competitive tender of units, lease renewals, rent reviews, new lettings and assisting in projects to create new retail units.

An experienced chartered surveyor with over 10 years of General Practice experience working on a range of property types to include retail, office, investment, industrial and development land.
Lloyd joined Amey TPT after spending over a decade working for two Belfast based commercial property consultants. Lloyd comes from a General Practice background and is responsible for managing the commercial/property interests of Translink, Northern Ireland's primary transport provider.
His current role encompasses station commercialisation, general agency (sales, lettings & acquisitions), professional services, property management and property consultancy.

Ian is a Chartered surveyor with General Practice experience working on the estate management of Station Portfolios and Infrastructure Assets. He has experience of working on a range of property types and land matters.
Ian joined Amey TPT in March 2019 to work on the Wales and Borders network initially on behalf of Keolis Amey Operations. His role includes station commercialisation, lease advisory services, property management, estate strategy to achieve the ambitious targets set by the grant agreement. He also provides support on the operational estate of the Train Operating Company which has seen a significant piece of work concluded with the demobilisation of KAO and transfer to Transport for Wales Rail Limited.
Following the transfer of the Core Valley Lines assets to Transport for Wales Ian also acts on behalf of the infrastructure manager Amey Infrastructure Wales (formerly Amey Keolis Infrastructure Limited) on land matters. This include management of the commercial estate and various other types of agreements which includes the maintenance of the estate boundary. The work has involved the development and implementation of a land clearance process as well as the challenge of various identified trespass and encroachment matters.
David has 20 years’ experience in commercial property management including 4 years’ experience in Asset Management (commercial).
David joined AmeyTPT in November 2020 and is working on the GWR account managing new lettings, lease and licence renewals and reviews, client development advice and general estate management.
