Costa Coffee New Concept
We are very proud to have worked closely with Costa Coffee to help them deliver the first of their new commuter-focused concept stores, on Lewisham station. The store opened for trading on 24th August in time for customers returning from the late summer bank holiday.The store made use of space which was formerly a manager's office and is the first of eight new mini-format stores planned to open on some of London's busiest railway stations.Modern technology is at the forefront of the new concept, including the ability to pre-order through the Costa app. The store operates on a cashless payment basis only and the layout has been designed to ensure a speedy service whilst maintaining high quality standards.

Eastbourne Station Development
Eastbourne Station is currently undergoing a major refurbishment project which will result in 4 new retail / catering units being created.The improvements to the station concourse will be finished by the spring and will complement work already carried out by East Sussex County Council to remodel the taxi rank and, in the future, to pedestrianise the surrounding area.This is in addition to the 85-million-pound extension to the Arndale Shopping centre which will be adjacent to the station when complete. The development brings an additional 170,000 sg ft of retail, catering and leisure with 22 new retail units, 7 new restaurants and a 9 screen cinema. This is expected to have a massive impact on station use when it opens in December 2018.

Hull Paragorn Interchange Units
We are very pleased to have been instructed by Transpennine Express to market a number of units that are available on Hull Paragorn Interchange railway station. Hull Paragon Interchange comprises both Hull's rail and bus stations and is located in the heart of the city centre adjacent to St. Stephen's Shopping Centre.

Bat & Ball Station Development
Funding has been secured for the redevelopment of Bat & Ball station buildings. Sevenoaks Council have received a grant of over £750,000 from the Heritage Lottery Fund which will go towards the refurbishment which will see the provision of new toilets, community rooms, and a cafe selling local produce.

East Croydon Welcomes Nero Express
East Croydon station recently welcomed the addition of a new Nero Express coffee bar which is located at the front of the station and which replaced the previous Whistlestop tenant.

Ebony Horse Club
Early in the summer, some of the team from Amey TPT spent a community day gardening and painting at the Ebony Horse Club in Loughborough Junction, London. This is a charity located in the Angel Estate close to Brixton in one of the most deprived wards in the UK. Ebony engages with local youths via in-house youth workers and is a safe haven where they can learn to ride and care for horses, and over time they are mentored and given support that in many cases does not exist for them outside of Ebony. Ebony has a strong track record of successful outcomes, and once a person engages with Ebony their average involvement lasts for over five years.
