The property is being offered on a new lease to 24th June 2028.

The Superior Landlords approval may be required in advance of any works. The tenant shall be required to contribute towards the landlord’s costs in obtaining consents.


The tenant shall be responsible for business rates.
The premises have not been assessed for rates and the incoming tenant will be required to make their own enquiries with the Local Authority to ascertain what business rates will be payable.
