Retail / Catering Premises to Let
This unit is an exciting opportunity to be the first occupant of this brand new Interchange building where rail and bus passengers will converge. This will be the only commercial unit on the site. Prior to its redevelopment the ORR 2023 figures show the station serving over 151,000 passengers per annum. This number will be set to grow considerably with the addition of the bus passengers and the increased train journeys as part of the Metro.
