In 2021/22 works were undertaken to enhance the forecourt to improve bus and taxi interchange. The works have created a new public realm area outside the station.

Description
As part of the enhancement works, a power supply has been installed. It is intended that the area will be used by a variety of different operators at different times in turn providing a revolving array of product mix for the local population and rail users.
Agreement Details
The opportunity is available on flexible terms and for a flexible number of days. Consideration would be given for any operator to trade for a maximum of 3 months at any time. The incoming licensee will be expected to pay the Licensor’s costs associated with the grant of this licence.
Rent
Interested parties should make contract to discuss terms. The licence fee will be based on a Minimum along with turnover licence fee provision.
Interested parties should forward information on their pop up/mobile catering vehicle along with a brief outline of their business and the products they sell.
User
The Licensor is looking to secure a high quality catering operator(s) and will welcome offers from local independent businesses.
The site maybe available at different periods throughout the trading day and interest from both morning and evening operators is invited.
Utilities
Electricity is available. The site has no water or drainage facilities.
Energy Performance

Street Trading Licence
Licensees should contact the local Council to determine whether a separate street trading licence needs to be applied for.

Joining TPT in 2008, Ian is the principal lead on the South Western Railway contract. Ian has worked on the South Western area from 2008 to present day and has also been the client lead for the East Midlands Trains account when franchised to Stagecoach. Ian managed the Greater Western Railway contract before passing the latter to colleagues. Ian is responsible for all third party lettings, licences, property management and Landlord and Tenant matters for South Western Railway tenants and has over 24 years experience as a Chartered Surveyor. Ian’s role involves conception of development proposals, development appraisals and working with the client on a range of commercial retail projects taking schemes from inception through to completion.
Prior to joining TPT now AmeyTPT, Ian worked at Jones Lang LaSalle as an Asset Manager within the Shopping Centre and prior to that at CB Hillier Parker as a member of the team managing, leasing and undertaking Landlord & Tenant advisory work for Major Stations.
