These ground floor premises are located at the front of the main station building, immediately to the left of the main Teignmouth Station entrance.
Access is via a roadside glazed entrance door with a full length glazed window adjoining. There is a further platform access.

The property is being offered on a new bi-partite lease from April 2023 for a term of years to be agreed.

A search for the Rateable Value using the station postcode and the Valuation Office Agency website has
not provided any detail. It is recommended that interested parties make their own enquiries with the
Local Authority to ascertain what business rates will be payable.
