The site is located on the main station forecourt. The Landlord is looking for a high quality retail / catering operator trading from a vehicle that is self sufficient.

A licence agreement to run until March 2023, determinable on 28 days notice by either party.
The licence will not permit assignment or subletting.

The incoming tenant will be expected to pay the Landlord’s legal costs in connection with the grant of the new lease. These costs are anticipated at £800 plus VAT.

Licence Fee to be negotiated. The licence fee will be a combination of a minimum guaranteed licence fee with supporting turnover fee provisions. VAT is payable. A licence fee deposit will be required. A credit check will be undertaken.

The Landlord is looking to secure a high quality catering operator(s) and will welcome offers from local independent businesses.

The site maybe available at different periods throughout the trading day and interest from both morning and evening operators is invited.

The tenant’s vehicle will require to be self-sufficient and no utilities are being provided.
