The premises are located at the end of the station building next to the access gate onto Platform 1. Access is via a single door with the premises offering an internal area of approximately:

Subject to the consent of the Superior Landlord, the property is being offered on a new lease to 30th March 2023. A longer term lease may be available subject to approval of the Superior Landlord.
