The unit is located at street level a few meters from the main front of the Station. The unit is approximately 38 square meters with provisional back of house storage. (The incoming tenant will be required to verify these measurements).
The tenant will have use of the WC facilities at the station. The unit has vacant possession.
The incoming tenant will be required to fit-out the units subject to approval of the design and installation by the Landlord.
