The opportunity is on the edge of the station carpark serving the passing footfall. The location captures both station footfall and that of the adjacent school.

The site is pop up pitch which would require the tenant to remove the set up in full at the end of every day.

We are inviting offers from retailers looking to trade documented by a Licence.
The Licence will cost £750 plus vat.

We are inviting offers of £2500 plus vat per annum for this opportunity.
Business plans detailing previous experience with visuals of the set up should be submitted with the financial offer.

The tenant would need to bring in water and remove waste daily. The mobile vehicle would need to be run on a leisure battery or certificated LPG. No generators would be permitted.

The tenant will be responsible for insurance.

There is currently no service charge for the premises but the landlord reserves the right to introduce any service charge in the future.

The tenant will be responsible for any business rates and insurance.

The tenant shall be responsible for business rates. A search for the Rateable Value using the station postcode and the Valuation Office Agency website has not provided any detail. It is recommended that interested parties make their own enquiries with the Local Authority to ascertain what business rates will be payable.
Local Authority is Tonbridge & Malling Borough Council

The council should be contacted to enquire whether a street traders licence will also be needed.
