The site is approximately 45.56 meters square with access to shared station toilets. The site has water, drainage and 40amp single phase power.

We are inviting offers from retailers looking to operate an offer which serves the local community as well as those travelling documented by a Bi Partite Lease.
The lease cost is £960 plus vat if unrepresented by a solicitor and £1500 plus vat if you are.
A 3 month rental deposit will be required.
