The site measures approximately 295sq2 / 27.4m2 and has water, drainage and has 63amp single phase power.
The site has a double frontage and the ability to serve into the booking hall.
We are looking for a high quality catering offer for this site.

We are offering a Tri Partite lease, the term will be by negotiation.
The lease cost is £3600 plus vat if represented by a solicitor and £2800 if not represented.
A 3 month rental deposit will be required.

We are inviting offers from retailers by way of an Open Market Tender offers in excess of £10,000 plus vat per annum with a turnover rent.

The deadline for tender submissions is 12th July 2024.

There is currently no service charge for the premises but the landlord reserves the right to introduce any service charge in the future.

The tenant will be responsible for any utilities, and insurance.
