Services to the station are operated by GWR and the Elizabeth line. The station is also the junction for the Marlow Branch Line. The unit is located adjacent to the main station entrance with access from the station forecourt.

The site has a 63A 3 phase power supply, mains water and drainage. The unit is 58 sq. m. Due to operational constraints, no additional power capacity is available.

The property is being offered on a new 6 year tri-partite lease, subject to approval of the DfT.
Interested parties should be aware that any new lease will be excluded from the security of tenure provisions of the 1954 Landlord & Tenant Act.  The lease will not permit assignment or subletting.
The incoming tenant will be expected to pay the Superior Landlord and Landlord’s legal costs in connection with the grant of the new lease.  These costs are estimated at £3,474 plus VAT.

The tenant will be responsible for all utilities consumed. The premises are separately metered for the purposes of monitoring electricity consumption and the tenant will be charged on this basis.

The incoming tenant will be required to provide detailed annotated fit out plans and signage proposals demonstrating a high-quality retail shop fit.  The Superior Landlords approval may be required in advance of any works.  

The tenant shall be responsible for business rates.   
A search for the Rateable Value using the station postcode and the Valuation Office Agency website has not provided any detail.  It is recommended that interested parties make their own enquiries with the Local Authority to ascertain what business rates will be payable.

Working in both of these departments gave David a broad knowledge of station access issues along with the management of commercial contracts including advertising and promotions, left luggage, ATMs and vending. Having previously managed the client relationships with Southeastern, GTR, TfL, and Scotrail and West Midlands Trains, he is now responsible for overseeing Amey TPT's property management contract with GWR.
