Agreement Details
We are inviting offers by way of an informal tender from retailers looking to trade documented by a 6 year Tri Partite lease. The lease cost is £3600 plus vat. A 3 month rental deposit will be required.
Rent
We are inviting offers in excess of £50,000 plus vat per annum with a supporting turnover rent. Business plans detailing previous experience with visuals should be submitted with the informal tender.
The closing date for tender submissions is 0900 on 27th January 2025.
Utilities
The tenant will be responsible for the payment of all utilities.
Insurance
The tenant will be responsible for insurance.
Service Charge
There is currently no service charge for the premises but the landlord reserves the right to introduce any service charge in the future.
Rating
The payment of business rates will be the responsibility of the tenant. As this is a new unit it will need to be assessed for rates.
