The unit is located in the booking hall of the railway station. This will replace the current ice cream retailer.

An area to site a high-quality kiosk / contemporary retail or catering set up no more than 10m2. The incoming tenant needs to supply the kiosk. Both retail and catering propositions would be considered here however we are not looking for a hot drinks retailer.
The site has water, drainage and 32amp single phase power.

The opportunity is being offered on a lease until October 2027.
The lease will not permit assignment or sub-letting.
The lease cost is £1060 plus vat if unrepresented by a solicitor and £1650 plus vat if you are.
A 3 month rental deposit will be required.

Rental offers should be made by way of a business plan. Offers in excess of £15,000 plus vat per annum with a turnover top up rent are invited.

The tenant will be responsible for any utilities.
