The tenant would need to bring in water and remove waste daily. The mobile vehicle would need to be run on a leisure battery or certificated LPG. No generators would be permitted.

The tenant will be responsible for insurance.

There is currently no service charge for the premises but the landlord reserves the right to introduce any service charge in the future.

The payment of business rates will be the responsibility of the tenant. The rates liability for the property is as follows:
