WHS refurbishment on London Marylebone

WHSmith, the global travel retailer, have undertaken a refurbishment of their concourse unit at Marylebone Station, which serves Chiltern customers, local residents and visitors to the station.
WHSmith have been a resident tenant at Marylebone station for many years and customer have come to rely on the travel essentials retailer. The unit is a large space and customers can buy a wide range of products for their journey, including books, news and magazines, digital accessories and food and chilled drinks. Following the store’s refresh, a selection of hot beverages can be purchased from the newly installed Costa Express machine, and the store has increased the number of self-service checkouts providing additional convenience for customers. The refresh has delivered an enhancement to the customer’s experience, increasing the speed of service, a lighter and cleaner environment, a wider product range and clearer sightlines to aid purchases.
