It has been a very busy year for Amey TPT, having navigated the pandemic and implemented the DfT rent relief measures that we helped shape, we are delighted to share a report that illustrates a few of our highlights from the last financial year. The year has been challenging as they always are, but the case studies showcased in the report can give us confidence that stations remain both attractive commercial opportunities and as community assets.

We are delighted to share this snapshot of 2022. We are proud of what we have achieved, and we will build on this momentum in 2023. The year ahead holds an exciting pipeline of new opportunities, and we look forward to working with new and existing tenants to realise their potential and that of the wider rail estate.
