South Western Railway customers using Basingstoke, Bournemouth and Southampton Central are now able to purchase hot and cold drinks and snacks from Starbucks.   Starbucks have replaced the Pumpkin cafés at each of the stations.    Basingstoke Starbucks is located within the platform waiting and information area on platform 2-3.  Southampton Central is located on platform 4 and Bournemouth on platform 2.  

With an ambitious conversion plan, contractors for SSP completed 3 Pumpkin to Starbucks conversions in December 2023.

Early feedback from the station teams is that customers are delighted with the new retail units with positive comments being made.  This feedback is confirmed from early sales data.
