South Western Railway customers travelling through Effingham Junction now have a new retail facility following local businesswoman Kirsty Francis opening for business.   Trading out of a beautifully converted horsebox, Kirsty is getting to know the local rail users and is serving her barista styled coffees as well as teas, cold drinks and snacks.

It is the first customer retail facility at the station and one of a number of new mobile coffee traders that are being added to the South Western Railway network.

Kirsty said, “It is great to be here and open to cater for customers.   I have thoroughly enjoyed getting to know the regulars and it gives me great pleasure to provide them with the quality drinks and snacks.  Locals particularly enjoy my flat whites which are the number one best seller here at Effingham Junction”.
