As we settle into a new normal with our station clients, we have continued to introduce local businesses the to the locations we manage, be it with long established concepts like coffee shops or with innovation in the way station space is used. We have seen a continued demand for station sites and not just in the traditionally high footfall stations but in places where the station building is the heart of a local community.

This summer we have opened 39 new sites across our rail portfolio with 24 of these being with tenants who are new to the rail environment.

We are incredibly proud of our teams ability to hold the hand of entrepreneurs entering what can seem like a very daunting environment and to integrate high street operators into another trading environment.
