Just in time for summer travel, 30 brand new snack and cold drink vending machines have been installed across the GWR network. Amey TPT have completed a full tender of GWR’s vending provision across its network of stations, with Decorum Vending Limited appointed by GWR as its new vending partner.

A transition through April 2024 has seen existing machines replaced by brand new vending machines at existing locations. A further roll out phase is now being planned which will see more new machines installed in new locations and at additional stations.

Commenting on completion of the phase 1 roll out, Declan Sewell, Managing Director at Decorum Vending said “We’ve been delighted to have been selected as GWR’s vending partner following their tender exercise. Decorum Vending are already very well established in the rail sector and we’ve committed a substantial investment to bring our state of the art, digital vending machines to GWR Stations. We’re already seeing a strong uptake from GWR customers on sales. We’re very pleased with results so far”
