Agreement Details
We are inviting offers and a 6 year lease is being offered.
We will consider catering offers for this site but hot drinks, sandwiches and bakery items will be excluded as we will have a dedicated coffee shop adjacent to it. Any catering offer would need to be complimentary to the coffee shop and not compete
with it.
The lease cost is approximately £3500 plus vat.
A 3 month rental deposit will be required.
Rent
We are inviting offers in excess of £15,000 plus vat per annum with a supporting turnover rent for catering uses. Business plans detailing previous experience with visuals should be submitted.
Utilities
The tenant will be responsible for the payment of all utilities.
