A catering unit is available located in the booking hall of Plumstead Station.

The site is currently trading as a coffee shop, is 86 sq feet (8m2) and has water and drainage. The power supply is currently being established but is sufficient for a coffee shop operator. The unit has a serving hatch onto the front of the station to capture non travelling footfall.

We are inviting offers from retailers looking to trade documented by a lease to October 2027. (A longer leases can be negotiated.) The lease cost legal costs of £1060 plus vat if unrepresented by a solicitor and £1650 plus vat if represented. A 3 month rental deposit will be required.

We are inviting offers in excess of £4200 plus vat per annum with a turnover top up rent of 14%

The tenant will be responsible for the payment of all utilities.

The tenant will be responsible for insurance.

There is currently no service charge for the premises but the landlord reserves the right to introduce any service charge in the future.

The payment of business rates will be the responsibility of the tenant.
