Agreement Details
We are inviting offers from retailers looking to trade documented by a lease to October 2027. (Longer leases can be negotiated.) The lease cost legal costs of £1060 plus vat if unrepresented by a solicitor and £1650 plus vat if represented. A 3 month rental deposit will be required.
Rent
We are inviting offers in excess of £6,000 plus vat per annum. A turnover top rent may be required subject the business use. Business plans detailing previous experience with visuals should be submitted with the financial offer.
Utilities
The tenant will be responsible for the payment of all utilities.
