The premises are located on Station Road adjacent to the station.

The premises are self-contained and have a 60amp single phase power supply, water and mains drainage.
The premises have a Net Internal Area of approximately 5.9 sq. m./63 sq. ft.
No remote storage is available and the unit is not suitable for a coffee operator.

The premises are being offered with a new lease to currently let but subject to agreeing a surrender will be available by way of a new lease to 20th May 2032.
The lease will be contracted out of the security of tenure and provisions of the 1954 Landlord & Tenant Act. Standard Railway Lease Terms will apply. The lease will not permit assignment or sub-letting.
The incoming tenant will be expected to pay the landlords legal costs.

Working in both of these departments gave David a broad knowledge of station access issues along with the management of commercial contracts including advertising and promotions, left luggage, ATMs and vending. Having previously managed the client relationships with Southeastern, GTR, TfL, and Scotrail and West Midlands Trains, he is now responsible for overseeing Amey TPT's property management contract with GWR.
