Oxenholme Station welcomed a new coffee operator on southbound platform 1 during the recent engineering blockade.

Trading from the rear of a specially converted white Smart car, Ramble & Roast Coffee Bar are a locally based SME offering speciality coffee, teas, hot chocolate and a small range of sweet treats.

Hannah Zussman, Ramble & Roast’s Head of Happiness said ‘everything is going really well — we’re absolutely loving being here, and everyone has been incredibly welcoming and supportive’.

Raynor Pearce at Avanti West Coast said ‘At Avanti, we’re committed to supporting the communities we serve by championing local businesses.
