Moreton-in-Marsh is a small market town in the Evenlode Valley, within the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Gloucestershire, England. The station is a short walk from the village centre with its cafes and restaurants.
The station has regular half hourly services into London Paddington from Platform 2 and services to Wocester from Platform 1.

Subject to the consent of the Superior Landlord, the property is being offered on a new lease lease to 30th September 2024, subject to a rent review at the end of the third year.

A service charge fixed at 7.5% of the Minimum Guaranteed Rent will be payable.
