The site is located inside the Cycle Hub adjacent to the station entrance.

The cycle hub at Gravesend Station has been jointly funded by the Association of Train Operating Companies (ATOC) and Kent County Council and has space for a retail use. It does require for there to be some element of the prospective business to be involved in cycling, for example bike maintenance or sales. The unit has a GIA (Gross internal area) of 49 square meters / 527.4 square feetsplit into 2 areas, measuring approx. 7.1m x 3.8m and 7.8m x 2.6m (Please note all the above dimensions are approximate). The unit has a toilet and small kitchen area There is 63 amp single phase power as well as water and drainage.

A Tenancy at Will can be granted in the short term with a view to a longer-term lease in the future.
The Tenancy at Will will cost £860 plus vat if represented by a solicitor and £600 plus vat if you are not.
