The station is located in Tolworth which is within the Royal Borough of Kingston Upon Thames, South London. The retail unit is situated next to the main entrance of the station. From the data supplied by the ORR Tolworth station had just in excess of 603,466 passenger entries and exits in 2016/17.
The unit has recently traded as a taxi order office. The premises have the following approximate floor areas, measured on a net internal basis:
• Total Area 495 sq ft 46 sq m.
The premises are being offered by way of a new lease to 17th August 2024, subject to a rent review at the end of the third and sixth year. The lease will be excluded from the security of tenure provisions of the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954. Standard railway lease terms will apply. The lease will not permit assignment or sub-letting.
The incoming tenant will be expected to pay the Landlord’s and if applicable, the Superior Landlord’s reasonable legal costs in connection with the grant of the lease.
