Chiltern Railways Company Limited (CRCL) is Station Facility Owner at Solihull Station.
The unit is located at street level adjacent to the Station entrance and is approximately 19.4 square meters. (The incoming tenant will be required to verify these measurements). There is no back of house storage.
The tenant will have use of the WC facilities at the station.
The unit has vacant possession. The incoming tenant will be required to fit-out the unit subject to approval of the design and installation by the Landlord.
There will be a power supply of 60amp single phase to the unit but the tenderer is required to carry out load testing and to specify its power requirements.
The incoming tenant will be required to install a sub-meter for the power supply.
