Chiltern Railways Company Limited (CRCL) is Station Facility Owner at Birmingham Moor Street Station.
The unit is located on the unpaid side of the ticket barriers on the concourse and is approximately 38 square feet (the incoming tenant will be required to verify these measurements). There is no back of house storage.

 

The tenant will have use of the WC facilities at the station.
The Kiosk has vacant possession. The incoming tenant will be required to provide their own internal fit-out and any racking for the flowers. The racking and any fit out will be subject to approval of the design and installation by the Landlord and Superior Landlord Network Rail.

The property is being offered on a new 4 year Licence. The Licence will be excluded from the security of tenure provisions of the 1954 Landlord & Tenant Act.

Offers shall consist of a Licence Fee supported by a turnover rent percentage subject to negotiation. Licence Fee shall be paid monthly in advance.

The incoming tenant will be responsible for Business Rates. A search for the Rateable Value using the station postcode and the Valuation Office Agency website has not provided any detail. It is recommended that the interested parties make their own enquiries with the Local Authority to ascertain what business rates will be payable.
