Snodland Station was redeveloped with a new station opening in April 2016.
Within the new station building is provision for a catering unit opening both into the ticket hall and onto the Maidstone bound platform.

The station is listed and so Listed Building Consent will be required.
Information from the Office of the Rail Regulator stipulates that in 2018/2019 there were over 357 thousand passenger entries and exits per annum.

The Tenancy at Will will cost £395 plus vat.
