Tolworth station is in the London Travelcard Zone 5 area. The station is on the London
suburban network of South Western Railway and provides services to London Waterloo and
Chessington South. The train operator wishes to ensure that all stations have a high-quality
retail offer for their passengers' benefit.
The premises are located within part of the Station Buildings at Tolworth Railway Station. The station is located just off Kingston Road. From data supplied by the Office for the Rail and Road Regulator, Tolworth station had 514,644 passenger entries and exits in 2017/18.
The premises have previously been used for the sale of Take Away food and are located at ground floor level but are suitable for a number of different uses. The premises have the following approximate floor areas, measured on a net internal basis:

The premises are being offered by way of a new lease to 17th August 2024, subject to a rent review at the end of the third year. The lease will be excluded from the security of tenure provisions of the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954. Standard railway lease terms will
