Hampton railway station, in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames and within the
London Travecard Zone 6 area. The station is located on the Shepperton branch line from
London Waterloo.

Lease Details
The premises are being offered by way of a new lease to 17th August 2024, subject to a rent review at the end of the third year. Rent

Service Charge
There is currently no service charge for the premises. The landlord reserves the right to introduce any charge in the future. The tenant will be responsible for all utilities consumed and in the event that the operator uses the landlord’s refuse and recycling bins then a contribution will be made towards removal.

Subject to the landlord’s consent and agreeing financial terms, dedicated parking could be made available to support the incoming tenants business.
