Lease Details

The premises are being offered by way of a new lease to 17th August 2024, subject to a rent review at the end of the third year. If the tenant requires a longer lease or flexibility of a shorter lease then please advise. Subject to the consent of the Superior Landlord, Network Rail Infrastructure Limited, a longer term may be available.
The incoming tenant will be expected to pay the landlord and if a longer lease is required, the superior landlords costs associated with the grant of this lease.


A rent of £10,000 per annum plus vat.

Business Rates

The ingoing tenant will be responsible for Business Rates. From an initial inspection of the Valuation Office Agency website, the premises may not have been assessed for business rated. We recommend that anyone interested contact the Local Rating Authority for further information.


The premises were last used as a taxi order office, however, the premises would be suitable as standard office.

Service Charge

There is currently no service charge for the premises. The landlord reserves the right to introduce any charge in the future. The tenant will be responsible for all utilities consumed and in the event that the operator uses the landlord’s refuse and recycling bins then a contribution will be made towards removal.

Subject to the landlord’s consent and agreeing financial terms, dedicated parking could be made available to support the incoming tenants business.
