LOCATION

Northfield station is located on the outskirts of Northfield and on the border with West Heath in Birmingham.

Operated by West Midlands Railways, regular services run to Birmingham New Street and London Euston via Litchfield and Four Oaks.

Passenger entries and exits on the station in 2017-18 were 874,674 (source ORR)

DESCRIPTION

An opportunity for mobile trading has arisen in the at the front of Northfield station to the left of station stairs.

With high passenger numbers and decent dwell times as well as multiple modes of transport operating from the station (rail, car, cycle and bus) this is an ideal opportunity for local mobile coffee traders.

LICENCE DETAILS

A 3-year licence is on offer on an annual licence fee of £3,000 + VAT.

A licence fee deposit will be payable a credit check will be undertaken

The mobile catering vehicle must have its own power supply with on board water and provision for waste water. No utilities will be provided.

The Licensee will need to have adequate motor vehicle and public liability insurance.

USE

The location identified is suitable for mobile coffee traders.

CONSENTS

The Licensee will be responsible for obtaining all necessary consents including if applicable a Street Traders Licence from the Local Authority.
