Dorridge Station is on the Chiltern Main Line to London/Birmingham. The Station is situated in the centre of Dorridge Village, a few miles from the heart of Solihull, and has a population of approximately 7,800.
Dorridge Station is the terminus for many London Midland services. Chiltern operate services to London and Birmingham regularly throughout the day and there is a London Midland service to Stratford upon Avon. The station has two car parks and the village is served by a local bus service.

DESCRIPTION

An opportunity has arisen at Dorridge Station, for the letting of an empty office. The unit is accessed from platform 1 and is 152.7 square feet (the incoming tenant will be required to verify these measurements). The tenant will have use of the WC facilities at the station. The unit has vacant possession. The incoming tenant will be required to fit-out the unit subject to approval of the design and installation by the Landlord and Superior Landlord Network Rail.

RENT AND TENDER PACKAGE

Offers shall consist of minimum rentals in excess of £5,000 per annum.

COSTS

The incoming tenant will be expected to pay the Landlord’s reasonable legal costs (estimated at £1,000 ex VAT) in connection with the granting of the lease.

UTILITIES
