OVERVIEW


Birmingham Moor Street Station (Moor Street) is a grade II listed building and is the second busiest train station in Birmingham. Footfall is approximately 6,874,222 per annum (ORR 2015/16 entries and exits)
Chiltern Railways Company Limited (Chiltern) is Station Facility Owner at Moor Street Station in the West Midlands.
The station is the terminus for many Chiltern services and serves London Midlands services, Leamington/Stratford-Worcester.
Chiltern run two trains per hour to London Marylebone via Leamington Spa, Banbury and High Wycombe.
West Midland Trains run 6 trains per hour southwards and run 6 trains per hour Northbound.
The Station is situated in the centre of Birmingham, opposite the Bull Ring Shopping Centre and the Palisades.

DESCRIPTION

An opportunity has arisen at Moor Street Station, for the letting of the florist kiosk. The kiosk is accessed from the main concourse and is approximately 39 square feet (the incoming tenant will be required to verify these measurements). The tenant will have use of the WC facilities at the station. There is no back of house storage currently at the station.
The Kiosk will be available from March 2018. The incoming tenant will be required to provide their own internal fit-out and any racking for the flowers. The racking and any fit out will be subject to approval of the design and installation by the Landlord and Superior Landlord Network Rail.

LICENCE

The property is being offered on a new 4 year Licence. The Licence will be excluded from the security of tenure provisions of the 1954 Landlord & Tenant Act.

COSTS

The incoming tenant will be expected to pay the Landlord’s reasonable legal costs (estimated at £350 ex VAT) in connection with the granting of the licence.

The unit has a 13 amp single phase supply. The incoming Licencee will be required to verify the power supply.
