Mobile Coffee Opportunity


Whyteleafe railway station serves the village of Whyteleafe, in the Tandridge district of Surrey, England.


The space available is at the front of the station building adjacent to the London bound platform for a small mobile hot drinks retailer. There is no power or water supplied and generators are not permitted. The set up needs to be powered by LPG or a leisure battery.
Information from the Office of the Rail Regulator stipulates that in 2017/18 Whyteleafe station had in excess of 280,000 passenger entries and exits.


The opportunity is being offered on a licence until September 2021.
Standard Railway Licence Terms will apply. The licence will not permit assignment or sub-letting. Standard Railway Terms will apply.


We are inviting offers in excess of £1500 plus vat per annum.
Business plans detailing previous experience with visuals should be submitted with the financial offer.


The tenant will be responsible for business rates and insurance.
The incoming tenant will be expected to pay the Landlord’s reasonable legal costs of £350 plus VAT in connection with the granting of the licence.
Currently there is no service charge however the landlord reserves the right to introduce one in the future.
