will be provided adjacent to the hub.
This unit has a open user clause and we
welcome unterest from all types of retail
Tonbridge Station is located on the South Eastern
Main Line in Kent. It is in the Brough of Tonbridge
and Malling and serves as a junction between two
importantn commuter routes that include towns such
as Hastings and Tunbridge Wells.
London bound trains go via Sevenoaks into London
Bridge, Waterloo East and London Charing Cross.
Information from the Office of the Rail Regulator
stipulates that in 2017/2018 there were over 4.3
million passenger entries and exits per annum.
The unit available is being constructed and measures
47m2. It is located off Barden Road and is adjacent to
the second Station Entrance. The unit will have water,
drainage and 63 amp 3 phase power.
The unit is due to open in Quarter 4 2019.
Our client has the franchise until April 2020 and so
currently we are only taking ‘EXPRESSIONS OF
INTEREST’ for the unit.
The tenant will be responsible for all utilities, business
rates and insurance. An EPC will be carried out once
the construction of the unit is complete.
