The premises will be suitable for non-catering retail use or taxi office.
On application, and dependent upon use. LEASE A lease term to January 2019 is being offered. A longer term can be agreed subject to the approval of the Superior Landlord, Network Rail. The lease will be contracted out of the security of tenure provisions of the 1954 Landlord and Tenant Act. The lease will not permit assignment or sub-letting.
The incoming tenant will be expected to pay the Landlord’s and Superior Landlord’s reasonable legal costs in connection with the granting of the lease.
