LOCATION

The property is in Romsey Station less than half a mile to the market town of Romsey, Hampshire. The station benefits from services to Portsmouth Harbour, Salisbury, Southampton Central, Redbridge, Chandlers Ford, Cardiff Central and Great Malvern.

LEASE

Subject to the consent of the Superior Landlord, the property is being offered on a new lease until the 31st March 2024 subject to a rent review at the end of the
third year.

Standard Railway Lease Terms will apply. The lease will not permit assignment or sub-letting.

COSTS

The incoming tenant will be expected to pay the Superior Landlord's and Landlord’s legal costs in connection with the grant of the lease. These costs are estimated at £2,870 plus vat

MINIMUM GUARANTEED RENT
