Paddock Wood railway station is a railway station in the town centre of Paddock Wood in Kent. The station and all trains serving it are operated by Southeastern.

There is an opportunity to site a mobile florist unit at the front of the station (on the raised paved area). This must be removed at the end of every trading day.
The opportunity is being offered on a 3 year licence. Standard Railway Licence Terms will apply. The licence will not permit assignment or sub-letting.
We invite rental offers of £3500 per annum exclusive which is to be paid in equal monthly instalments. COSTS The incoming tenant will be expected to pay the Landlord’s reasonable legal costs of £350 plus VAT in connection with the granting of the licence.
The ingoing tenant will be responsible for Business Rates and we recommend that interested parties contact the Local Rating Authority.
There is an annual service charge of £230 plus VAT per annum.
