Paddock Wood Station
Paddock Wood railway station is a railway station in the town centre of Paddock Wood in Kent. The station and all trains serving it are operated by Southeastern.
There is an opportunity to site a mobile florist unit at the front of the station (on the raised paved area).
The florist set up must be no larger than the paved area and must be removed at the end of every trading day.
Information from the Office of the Rail Regulator stipulates that in 2017/2018 there were over 1.18 million passenger entries and exits per annum.
A Tenancy at Will can be granted until a new train operator franchise starts in November 2019 with a possible extension to April 2020.
We are not able to discuss longer term potential until that point.
The Tenancy at Will will cost £350 plus vat.
