Horsham railway station serves the town of Horsham in West Sussex, England.
The space available is at the forecourt at the front of Horsham Station. There is a large space which could include pitches for a florist and street food. There is no power to the site and generators are not permitted. We can permit LPG vehicles in the site.
We are not looking for a hot drinks retailer here.
Information from the Office of the Rail Regulator stipulates that in 2015/16 Horsham station had in excess of 2.83 million passenger entries and exits.
The opportunity is being offered a 1 year licence.

We are inviting offers in excess of £5,000 plus vat per annum.
Business plans detailing previous experience with visuals should be submitted with the financial offer.
The tenant will be responsible for business rates and insurance.
The incoming tenant will be expected to pay the Landlord’s reasonable legal costs of £350 plus VAT in connection with the granting of the licence.
Currently there is no service charge however the landlord reserves the right to introduce one in the future.
