Brighton Railway Station is the principle railway station within the city of Brighton and Hove. It is a terminus that provides connections to Gatwick Airport, London Bridge, London Victoria and the Thameslink route via London Blackfriars and St Pancreas as far as Bedford. Local services run along to the east towards Ashford International and to the west towards Southampton.
The station is located at the top of Queens Road, adjacent to the fashionable North Lanes and is approximately 5 minutes walk from the city centre.
There are several locations available at the front and back entrances of the station.
We are looking for a mobile catering set ups serving products that do not clash with the already diverse food and drink offering to be set up and removed daily from external pitches which are under the station canopies.
We are not accepting offers from coffee mobile units.
Visuals will be required at the point of enquiry.
No generators or gas are permitted.
Information from the Office of the Rail Regulator stipulates that in 2017/2018 there were over 16.928 million passenger entries and exits per annum.
The opportunities are being offered on a licence and licence length will be by negotiation.

The incoming tenant will be expected to pay approximately £350 plus VAT for landlords costs associated with the grant of this licence.
Rent will be dependant on offer and licence length but will be pro rated from £18,000 plus vat per annum at the front of the station and £6000 plus vat per annum at the back.
A security deposit of 6 weeks’ rent will be required.
The tenant will be responsible for any business rates and insurance.
