The premises require internal works to modernise and renovate. A rent free period will be offered to assist in paying for works required. Such works to be approved in advance by the landlord and works following prior approval of Method Statements and Risk Assessments by the landlord’s Safety Review team.
The premises are being offered on a new 6 year lease, subject to a review at the end of the 3rd year.
Interested parties should be aware that any new lease will be excluded from the security of tenure provisions of the 1954 Landlord & Tenant Act. Standard Railway Lease Terms will apply. The lease will not permit assignment or sub-letting.
Following a rent free period we are inviting rental offers in the region of £7,000 per annum exclusive.
