Partick station is an interchange in the west end area of Glasgow. Along with an adjacent bus station and underground, it forms one of the main transport hubs in Glasgow.
Information from the Office of the Rail Regulator stipulates that in 2017/2018 there were over 2.96 million passenger entries and exits per annum.
An opportunity has become available to trade from a mobile/kiosk site located on the first-floor main concourse area of the station on either Platform 1 or 2. A power supply will be provided in addition to water and drainage to the site, so the opportunity would be
suitable for a catering/coffee offer.
A bi partite lease is being offered for the subjects for a period up to 31st March 2022, a longer term may be available subject to negotiation. There will be a rent review on the third anniversary of the lease. Standard Railway Lease Terms will apply.
Any works required will need to be undertaken by professional qualified contractors. The Tenant will be required to provide the unit/kiosk. The Landlord and if necessary, the Superior Landlord’s approval will be required in advance of any works.
To be negotiated dependant on use
The incoming Tenant will be expected to pay the Landlord’s and if applicable, the Superior Landlord’s reasonable legal costs in connection with the grant of the lease.
The tenant will be responsible for all utilities, business rates and insurance in respect of the subjects of let.
