Norbury station is in the London Borough of Croydon and serves both Southern and Thameslink services to London and Sutton. Norbury town borders Streatham and Thornton Heath in South London.
Information from the Office of the Rail Regulator stipulates that in 2017/2018 there were over 3.4 million passenger entries and exits per annum.


The site available is on Platform 2 & 3 which serves services to London.
The unit being marketed consists of the original coffee shop (12.7sq m / 136 sq ft) and waiting room (17.66 sq m / 190 sq ft) area combined. The site has 63amp single phase power, water and drainage available.
There is also a stockroom available in the booking hall for the tenants use.


A 6 year lease is being offered and will be subject to a landlord’s option to break on six months’ notice or 28 days in case of urgent station works.
