LOCATION


An opportunity has become available for a high-quality operator to trade from a mobile vehicle/unit at the entrance to Cambridge Heath London Overground railway station. Train services at the station are operated by Arriva Rail London and run to London Liverpool Street, Walthamstow Central and Chingford, with connections throughout the Overground network. Total passenger entries and exits in 2015-16 were just below 650,000 (source : ORR 2016). The station is located in the London borough of Tower Hamlets and is within London travel zone 2.


DESCRIPTION


Rail for London are looking for a high quality operator to meet the needs of customers. The exact location for the mobile unit will be on the forecourt area at the front of the main station entrance. The vehicle/unit will require to be fully self-sufficient, and will need to be removed off site each day. Given the location, the operator may also benefit from passing street trade. The operator may also require to obtain a street trader's licence and should make enquiries with the local authority..
The site is available immediately.

LICENCE


The opportunity is being offered on a 3 year licence term. Standard Railway Terms will apply. The licence will not permit assignment or sub-letting.


LICENCE FEE


We are looking for offers in the region of £3,500 plus VAT per annum, payable monthly in advance. A licence fee deposit will be payable.

COSTS


The incoming tenant will be expected to pay the Licensor's reasonable legal costs in connection with the grant of the licence.
